Everyone is invited to celebrate the winners of the 88th Annual Rose Garden Contest at the Royal Rosarian Garden at the International Rose Test Garden at Washington Park. This free Royal Rosarian & Portland Rose Festival event is open to the public & press. Royal Rosarians are asked to wear their green jacket / black pants / Council please wear your whites - this is a public facing event and a great opportunity to share who we are.
