Friday May 3rd - Hospitality Suite 1:00-5:00 pm

6:30-9:00 pm Mardi Gras Wenatchee

9-10 pm Silent Auction, Hospitality Suite.

Saturday May 4th - 7:30 - 9 am buffet breakfast - Gala Room Convention Center

9:15 am buses depart - Lowere Level Convention Center for parade staging area

9:30 am Rose Planting Ceremony - Triangle Park next to the Apple Blossom Floats

10:30 am Festival Seating along the street at the front of the Convention Center (those not marching)

11:00 am Apple Blossom Grand Parade starts:  11:00 AM Triangle Park

6-10:30 pm Wenatchee Applearians 65th Anniversary Formal Dinner

Sunday May 5th - On your own to explore Wenatchee, have breakfast and have a safe drive home!

Host Hotel is Coast Wenatchee Hotel, 201 N Wenatchee Avenue 

No rooms available Friday night in the NW Hosting block. Limited rooms available on Friday for $184, $174 if you are a AAA or ARP member. Limited rooms are available on Saturday for $129/night.
