Northwest Festival Hosting Conference

The 2026 Annual Conference will be hosted by the Seattle Seafair Commodores, Hotel reservations are available through December 19th and Packet Registrations close on January 9th. To register and see the schedule:

For those interested in travelling via Amtrak Cascades, the Tukwila Amtrak station is just 350 yards away from the Embassy Suites where the conference is . A train leaves PDX at 10:40 AM on Friday and arrives at 1:46 PM (registration starts at 3 PM). The conference ends at 5 PM on Saturday, but there is a reception and no-host dinner after. There are trains that leave Tukwila at 5:55 PM or 8:05 PM, arriving at PDX at 9:05 PM or 11:15 PM, respectively. On Sunday, there are trains leaving at 7:25 AM, 9:10 AM, or 12:25 PM, arriving at PDX at 10:35 AM, 12:20 PM, or 3:35 PM respectively.
