Dragon Boat Eye Dotting Ceremony hosted by PKSCA, on 11 AM Saturday of March 26th, at Kiptom RiverPlace Hotel back patio of Portland Waterfront, to witness the launch of our dragon boat fleet and the kick-off of this year's Portland Rose Festival Dragon Boat Race season.
