The Royal Rosarians have been invited to attend and take part in the annual Dragon Boat Eye Dotting Ceremony hosted by the Portland-Kaohsiung Sister City Association.
Date: March 29, 2025
Time: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm (Rosarians arrive by 10:45am)
Location: Kimpton RiverPlace Hotel Back Patio
Witness the blessing and annual waking of the Dragon Boat Fleet and kick-off this year's Portland Rose Festival Dragon Boat Race Season.
Rosarian Dress: White suits, hats, gloves, and capes. New members who don't yet have whites may wear green jackets and black pants.
