The Royal Rosarians have been invited to attend and take part in the annual Dragon Boat Eye Dotting Ceremony hosted by the Portland-Kaohsiung Sister City Association. 

Date: March 30, 2024

Time: 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, Rosarians need to arrive by no later than 10:45 am

Location: Kimpton Riverplace Hotel Back Patio

Witness the blessing and annual awaking of the Dragon Boat Fleet and kick-off of this year's Portland Rose Festival Dragon Boat Race Season.

Rosarian Dress: White Suits, Hats, Gloves and Capes. Green Jackets and Black Pants may be worn for New Members.
