Royal Rosarians have once again been invited to attend the Dragon Boat Eye Dotting Ceremony hosted by the Portland-Kaohsiung Sister City Association.
Date: Saturday April 1
Time: 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, Rosarians arrive at 10:45 am
Location: Kimpton Riverplace Hotel
Witness the blessing and the launch of the dragon boat fleet and the kick-off of this year's Portland Rose Festival Dragon Boat Race season.
Dress: White suits, hats, gloves, capes for council. Green Jackets and black pants may be worn for new members.
