Arleta First Grade Parade

Please join us for this very special parade at Arleta School.
Each year Arleta first graders do a unit study on family, traditions, and symbolism. At the end of the unit each student creates a shoebox parade float representing their family then the first grade parades through the school. The entire school and many family members come to cheer. The Royal Rosarians have had the honor of marshaling this parade for the last several years.
Where: Arleta Elementary School, 5109 SE 66th Avenue, Portland OR 97206
When: 9:00am - 10:00am - please meet at the front of the school at 8:30am for directions
Attire: whites, capes, gloves and hats - new members can wear green jacket & black pants if they don't have their whites -- sticky roses will be provided
Parking: Parking will be on street
After the parade, the Rosarians gather close to the school at Pieper Cafe (6504 SE Foster Road) for coffee and pastries
