Please join us in greeting this 61-person delegation from Kaosiung Girl’s Senior High School.  They are arriving from our Sister City of Kaosiung, Taiwan to participate in the Rose Festival. The leader of the delegation is Mr. Wen-Yi Cheng, Principal, KGHS.
