VIP Greeting of Khabarovsk, Russian Delegation

Royal Rosarians will greet a visiting Rose Festival delegation from Portland's Sister City Khabarovsk, Russian Federation, at the airport on Tuesday, June 3rd.  The arrival will be on Alaska Airlines Flight 2039 (operated by Horizon Air) from Seattle, arriving at 10:50 a.m.

A special "greeting certificate" will be presented to leader of delegation, Mr. Chernyshov.  These are the three people arriving:

     Sergei CHERNYSHOV - First Deputy Mayor in charge of Municipal Services
     Alexey Izotov - Director of Khabarovsk Municipal Unitary Enterprise Special Vehicles in Charge of Sanitary Purification of City
     Andrey Khmara - chief specialist, International Relations Department, Khabarovsk City Administration
