As part of the event\, Rosarians will greet VIPs and special guests\, and be a positive presence in the audience.   Our Prim e Minister\, along with nine other Rosarians\, will serve as Honor Guard / background during the speeches and the formal ribbon cutting.   The pro gram will start promptly at 1:30pm and should be complete by 2:30pm.
