DESCRIPTION:For many years\, Vicky Li\, has taken care of the Portland dele
 gation to Kaohsiung.   She helps them get where they need to be\, trans
 lates and makes sure everyone is well fed.  She has traveled many times 
 with the Kaohsiung delegation but has never had a greeting for herself. 
   Vicky will be visiting for the Dragon Boat Eye Dotting Ceremony.
