DESCRIPTION:As we step into this exciting new chapter\, our 2026 theme—Em
 brace—could not be more fitting. It invites us to embrace our community\
 , our traditions\, and one another as we come together to celebrate all th
 at makes Spokane shine. Dinner attire Friday night is Festival Formal. Ros
 arians wear their white suits\, no hats\, gloves or capes. Prime Minister 
 will have on his cape. Registration for Lilac Hospitality and Centennial H
 otel. Nothing can be handed out to spectators during the parade. This incl
 udes sticky roses. The Rose Planting will take place Saturday\, May 16th a
 t 10:30AM in the Manito Park Rose Garden. There will be buses to take the 
 attendees to the Park and back to the hotel. More information to follow. I
 f you are driving yourself please arrive no later than 10AM. Members wear 
 whites\, capes\, hats\, gloves. New members without a white uniform should
  wear green jackets and black pants. This is an evening parade\, please br
