  between noon and 2:00 pm\, where past winners and structural engineers wi
 ll talk with potential racers and their parents on the methods of building
  a milk carton boat. Alpenrose is delivering milk cartons in time for kids
  to get started designing and working on their milk carton boats during Sp
 ring Break. This Open House is an opportunity to get some milk cartons sha
 red with some families who can get started on this family project. We have
  need of a few Rosarians to greet the families when they arrive and answer
  any questions we can answer or refer them on to the past winners or struc
 tural engineers to talk about technical questions.
