When: Wednesday\, October 21st 10am-12pm Where New Warehouse 2121 NW Fr ont Ave. Portland Or. 97209 Attire: Rosarian Gear and comfortable closed-t oe shoes and socks for safety. No sandals\, slides\, flip-flops\, birks\, crocs\, etc. Safety Reminders Be alert and cautious—it’s an active war ehouse with forklifts\, pallet jacks. Do not enter restricted areas or ope rate any power equipment at any time.   Other Notes Take your time while volunteering\, there is no rush to finish quickly. Although we schedule s hifts for 1.5-2 hours\, energetic and efficient groups often complete thei r required tasks faster. We have water and snacks as well as lockers to st ore your things safely. Parking: We hav e enough spots in our lot for 20 volunteers at a time. Large groups with 2 0+ volunteers are encouraged to carpool and may need to use paid or street parking nearby. The spots facing Front Ave. (even w/red tow-away signs) D o not park in the 4 spots directly in front of Nest's business. Do not p ark in the 4 spots at the north end of the lot facing Front Ave. These spo ts belong to the Carton Service. They have black and white Executive Towi ng signs and will enforce. Arrival: When you arrive\, you'll ring the be ll at the warehouse entrance (south side of the building by 17th Ave/Railr oad Tracks) and we will come let you in. The volunteer center is the first right as soon as you enter.
