 ves. New members without whites wear green jackets and black pants. Transp
 ortation included with hospitality to and from the Rose Planting and Parad
 e. Parade begins at 5 pm. Nothing can be handed out to spectators during 
 the parade. This includes sticky roses. Also to do in Marysville: Hibulb C
